About Tara Darlington

Tara Darlington from Empowering Motherhood is a doula, birth educator and motherhood mentor. She specialises in helping women to heal from birth trauma, grief, loss, pelvic floor problems, burnout and breakdown.

Tara ran a boutique yoga studio specialising in women's health and well-being for 15 years in Sydney’s Hills District. She now lives on Sydney's Upper North Shore, and mentors women through her Thrive Program using a combination of yoga, positive psychology, energy healing, mentoring and community.
